Management Colleagues

Line Manager

We are looking for people who will be helpful and friendly for our customers in everything they do.

- Becoming a line manager in a Tesco Store gives you a key role in making what matters better – for our customers, our colleagues and our communities.

- It’s a chance to put your skills, experience and instincts to the test: chasing opportunities, finding better ways of working and getting things just right for our customers. You’ll be a role model, helping colleagues to know and love our products and services, getting everyone engaged with community projects and proving just how much we can achieve together. You’ll get to grow your own team – by spotting talent, making sure your team is trained, and giving them the feedback and support they need to be at their best.

- We’ll look to you to maximise sales, impact and presentation for your department, while making sure everything is safe and compliant, and everyone’s in the right place at the right time.

- This role is what management should be: leading from the front – on the store floor with your colleagues and customers.

Tesco Mobile Phone Shop Manager

- As a line manager in one of our stores you could be managing one of our Tesco Mobile Phone Shops which is not just about helping customers to purchase a new phone or sim. It’s about supporting them to understand the full capability of their device and how they can get the most from it, at home or at work.

- This role is about leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional sales advice and support to ensure that we get customers the best deal for them. You'll be surrounded by colleagues who share your passion for technology and delivering great service – colleagues who will look to you for inspiration.

- This is a hands-on job where no two days are the same. As a line manager, you will be adaptable and resilient to meet the ever changing demands of our business and be able to coach and support colleagues to do the same, all alongside managing and achieving department budgets and targets.

- Excited by the chance to lead and develop a team as well as making a difference? Then this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

F&F Manager

- As a line manager in one of our stores, you could be managing an F&F department. We look for managers who are passionate, talented and who care. It's all about working together to get the best result and having a little fun along the way. Being part of Tesco means helping people.

- At F&F, we exist to help people look good and feel great. We constantly strive to improve our product design, quality and price to ensure we have a range of clothes that our customers need at a price they can afford. It's all about delivering inspirational fashion, with a down to earth twist, with the end goal of becoming a much loved Irish fashion brand.
