We always put our customers at the heart of everything we do. Our goal is to help customers with any problems they might have – from cash operation to car parks issues or queuing experiences.
You’ll work with all business functions and senior leaders to design simple and innovative solutions that will help your colleagues improve the functional and emotional quality of their service. You’ll manage teams’ schedules to make sure everything runs smoothly in store, your colleagues get the time off they deserve, and any time clashes are resolved quickly and easily.

We listen to our colleagues and helping them solve any issues they might have – from dealing with workload, security, and providing operational support, to giving communication advice on behalf of our stores and supporting our teams so they can implement changes effectively. We try to make sure store colleagues spend most of their time on the shop floor so they can always be available to help our customers and deliver great service.
This team is the gatekeeper of communications and manages all the information relating to our trade operations in-store to ensure that colleagues are clear on what they need to do to serve customers a little better every day.
The team is responsible for the design plans and strategies for all of our food areas to create the best environment – for both our customers and our colleagues.
We support our colleagues in-store in managing and minimising waste. The team works in partnership with Food Cloud to donate our waste to worthy causes.
Our head office is based in Gresham House, in the heart of Dun Laoghaire, a well-known suburban seaside town in the south of Dublin. The location is very well connected and accessible to the greater Dublin area with its proximity to the M50 motorway and the varying forms of public transport including bus and rail that run from and through Dun Laoghaire.
