The brand team looks after the development of a brand strategy that supports business plan priorities. We work closely with other functions of the business to turn insights into a distinctive platform for connecting with our customers. We also act as guardians of the Tesco brand, from how it is displayed in-store, through to seasonal campaigns, and to making sure we communicate the strength of our Tesco brands from our finest* to our FreeFrom range.

To work in our team you need to be a strategic thinker, adept at understanding the consumer mind-set, a creative person looking for engaging ways to connect with our audience, and also have a passion for production, from TV advertising campaigns to multi-channel campaign creative.

Our customer focus enables us to craft customer, product, and service propositions in a way that engages our customers and builds brand trust and affinity. Once we have landed our proposition we then work with our creative agencies to make sure we communicate these to customers in a compelling, engaging, human, and authentic way.

Working collaboratively across the entire Tesco business is critical to our success and we depend on close relationships with our agencies as well as Commercial, Insight, and Product Development teams.

Working in Gresham House

Our head office is based in Gresham House, in the heart of Dun Laoghaire, a well-known suburban seaside town in the south of Dublin. The location is very well connected and accessible to the greater Dublin area with its proximity to the M50 motorway and the varying forms of public transport including bus and rail that run from and through Dun Laoghaire.
