Tesco led the way in creating online grocery in Ireland - we have built a fantastic business, one that everyone in Tesco is very proud of. In doing so we have created a service that customers love. Our role is to ensure we are delivering the best possible service to our customer’s through creating the right environment, training and tools for our GHS colleagues.

Working in Grocery Home Shopping
We tackle the complex day-to-day running of the Grocery Home Shopping operation in our stores, making sure that we deliver the best for our customers on the doorstep and at our Click and Collect locations. Our goal is to deliver the perfect order every time.
We work in some key areas: Planning and Response; Fleet and Equipment; Customer Operations; and Driver Training. We’re continuously reviewing and developing operations to make things better and adding value for our customers, our colleagues, and the wider business.
To succeed in our team you’ll need to be serious about putting our customers first. You’ll also need a fine eye for detail and an analytical mind – to spot trends in data, and make sense of shopping patterns. You’ll need to take a long-term view, while also being able to work closely with other teams and external stakeholders.

Our head office has spectacular views of Dublin Bay and the surrounding area and is just a short walk to a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs, and gym facilities. The office’s proximity to Dun Laoghaire harbour proves highly popular with colleagues who can go for a walk down the pier during their day. Outside of Dun Laoghaire, you are never far from Dublin city centre it's just a short journey away!
Working in Gresham House
Our head office is based in Gresham House, in the heart of Dun Laoghaire, a well-known suburban seaside town in the south of Dublin. The location is very well connected and accessible to the greater Dublin area with its proximity to the M50 motorway and the varying forms of public transport including bus and rail that run from and through Dun Laoghaire.
