About the role

Tesco Ireland is currently seeking to recruit a CRM & Personalisation Manager who is customer focused with great influencing skills and a natural curiosity for all things loyalty & digital. This role will be responsible for helping to drive customer loyalty and retention both online and in store through the delivery of insights and personalised customer communications.

You will be responsible for

  • Development and delivery of the ROI CRM strategy, to delivery LFL sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Feeding into the Customer annual and quarterly integrated planning process, outlining key new initiatives to drive performance across all customer life stages and areas for optimisation.
  • The retention of our active base and digitisation of Clubcard.
  • Supporting optimisation of email and automated communication flows, developing new flows to make best use of insights in timing, targeting and content.
  • Working closely with Tesco group to optimise delivery of CRM strategy, whilst also identifying local agencies and partners to further support our ambition.
  • Identifying opportunities to cross promote and increase the lifetime value of customers.
  • Identifying opportunities for supplier partnerships through Clubcard.
  • Working with Tesco IT and Group teams to ensure platforms are optimised per the CRM strategy.
  • Building and managing campaigns with messaging to customers customised according to lifecycle stage and engagement level.
  • Working with the insights team to complete post implementation reviews to ensure consistent improvements.
  • Following the Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.

You will need

  • University degree in Marketing, Information Technology, PR, Business Studies/Management, or any other related fields
  • Proven work experience as a CRM Manager or experience Senior CRM Executive, ideally in a retail environment.
  • Experience working with a Marketing Automation Platform to create and distribute communications across email and SMS
  • Experience working with and understanding data with Tableau and Power BI to draw conclusions on campaign and business performance.
  • Desired: Technical experience across Google Tag Manager, SQL and building customer lists as well as building API connections between data sources.
