"Our job is to serve Ireland’s shoppers a little better every day by ensuring we plan and forecast stock correctly for up to 30,000 products in 149 stores on a daily basis. All our customers should be able to get what they want when they want it when they shop with us. Great availability every day is our main objective."
Barry Davies, Head of Supply Chain

In Supply Chain, we’re passionate about our customers being able to get what they want, when they want it. Our aim is to get thousands of products from farms and suppliers in Ireland and around the world to the customer so that we can satisfy millions of customers every week – simply put: right product, right place, right time.
We recognise that the constantly changing demands of our customers’ lives mean that as a business, we need to continue to innovate our offering so that they can shop with us in the way they want and when they want. Delivering this challenge means that we are frequently re-inventing our Supply Chain to make sure it is always leading class as we strive to ensure that our customers can always get what they want.
Our industry-leading reputation has been built on a foundation of being led by data. We know how deep and far reaching our impact can be so we are our own biggest critics in testing, trialling and analysing everything that we do. To make sure this doesn’t slow us down, we take advantage of technology to build our capability in areas such as advanced simulation. This means we build confidence in our ideas at the outset and reduce the time from idea inception to delivery.
Being part of the team that responds to this challenge is a role that will see you quickly making a difference and taking on responsibility for work that influences our retail operation throughout Ireland, impacting customers everywhere. Our colleagues rely on your skill and diligence in finding better, simpler ways to do things without compromising the shopping experience.
Our head office is based in Gresham House, in the heart of Dun Laoghaire, a well-known suburban seaside town in the south of Dublin. The location is very well connected and accessible to the greater Dublin area with its proximity to the M50 motorway and the varying forms of public transport including bus and rail that run from and through Dun Laoghaire.
