We tackle the complex day-to-day running of the Grocery Home Shopping operation in our stores, making sure that we deliver the best for our customers on the doorstep and at our Click and Collect locations. Our goal is to deliver the perfect order every time.

We work in some key areas: Planning and Response; Fleet and Equipment; Customer Operations; and Driver Training. We’re continuously reviewing and developing operations to make things better and adding value for our customers, our colleagues, and the wider business.

To succeed in our team you’ll need to be serious about putting our customers first. You’ll also need a fine eye for detail and an analytical mind – to spot trends in data, and make sense of shopping patterns. You’ll need to take a long-term view, while also being able to work closely with other teams and external stakeholders.

Customers are increasingly savvy about where they shop and demand more from the service they use. We therefore need to continue to build the reliability of our operation, delivering a service that goes the extra mile thereby inspiring loyalty from our customers. It is through online shopping and our Clubcard offering that we have an opportunity to build personal and tailored experiences.
