Online Content Executive

Tesco Ireland are looking to recruit for an Online Content Executive to support with the planning and execution of content for Tesco Online (Tesco.ie, Grocery Home Shopping, Email), This role will be responsible for delivering to customers world class digital content in support of seasonal & trade offers, marketing campaigns, and driving growth for specific or new categories online.

• Support the Online Content Manager with planning and executing content for Grocery Home Shopping and Tesco.ie
• Brief in requirements to the UK team, and support with weekly trade and event briefs for Tesco Grocery Home Shopping.
• Build online content calendars, making sure content is planned out annually and periodically and in support of seasonal propositions, trade plans, and specific category promotion.
• Develop weekly content briefs and ensure delivery of content is on brand and delivered on time.
• Regularly check website ensuring key offers are ranging, content is updated, and closely monitoring performance.
• Review the online customer journey to ensure the Grocery Home Shopping website is fit for trade
• Provide ongoing analysis and insight on performance, optimise online content, and closely monitor competitor activity.

• Relevant 2+ years marketing experience, ideally with digital or e-commerce marketing background
• Primary Degree or master’s degree in marketing
• Strong Computer skills.  Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong Communication skills
• A keen interest for developing a career in marketing.
• Effective attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to write and deliver clear and concise briefs
